Telematic application procedure for the "Umbria, green heart of Italy" trademark

As of 27 November 2023, it is possible to apply telematically on the website of the Chamber of Commerce of Umbria for the granting of the umbrella trademark "Umbria, green heart of Italy" by following the procedure indicated at the following link https://umbriacuoreverde.promocameraumbria.it/ . 

The application is free of charge and is valid for five years for public entities and two years for companies.

1. Access the procedure by entering your full name and e-mail address;

2. Fill in the fields of the online format with your personal and company data;

3. Upload a draft depicting how the trade mark will be used for the products and/or services concerned;

4. Upload a descriptive outline of the business practices that the applicant adopts or intends to adopt for the promotion and marketing of the product for which the mark is requested (promotion channels, sales channels, pricing policy, etc.).

5. Upload a photocopy of a valid identity document of the president/legal representative.

6. Digitally sign the application and send it to the certified e-mail address marchioumbria@pg.legalmail.camcom.it.
