Auguri d’autore – cartulae nataliciae e…
Traditional group exhibition at the Diego Donati Gallery in Perugia
The traditional group exhibition ‘Auguri d'autore - cartulae nataliciae e...’ will be open until 28 December in the exhibition spaces of the Galleria Diego Donati in Via Monteripido, Perugia. In 1224, St Francis sent Brother Leo a simple greeting card as a message of goodness, faith and hope. In the early 1940s, Father Diego resumed and renewed Francis' gesture by producing a small graphic work with the Christmas greeting to send to friends and acquaintances every year. Following the Maestro's example, the Association has taken up this noble initiative and every year on 13 November, the feast day of San Diego, it inaugurates the exhibition. The Cartulae Nataliciae are cards with original small-format hand-printed engravings. They are a welcome gift for oneself and even more so for the recipient. The exhibition will be open every Wednesday from 15.30 to 18.00 until 28 December. For more information: Facebook: Associazionepadrediegodonati
