Saturday 19 October - Program
The project "Umbria, the Flavors of Cinema" aims to promote the Umbrian region by encouraging off-season tourism, highlighting local food and wine, such as wine and olive oil. The initiative seeks to showcase lesser-known locations compared to traditional tourist routes, offering a deeper understanding of the region's resources, while moving beyond the conventional concept of film tourism.
Narni, known for its commitment to the preservation and restoration of 20th-century films, has organized workshops for local primary schools with Roberta Rossi (Bobbina) and guided walks led by the Terni delegation of FAI (Italian Environmental Fund), visiting historical sites like the Ponte d'Augusto and the Abbey of San Cassiano. These tours also include locations from famous films such as "Per grazia ricevuta," "Lezioni di cioccolato," and "Il paradiso all'improvviso."
