UNTO – Unesco Nature Territory Oil
Open Mills and UNTO – Unesco Nature Territory Oil will take place in Assisi from October 29 to November 27. There you will be able to discover the Umbrian Extra Virgin Dop Oil made by small producers of the seraphic town and of the Italian Green Heart, beyond meeting artisans, artists and farmers, as well as visiting mills and the beautiful local castles.
A program full of appointments is waiting for you: you could see olives' processing and taste the freshly milled olive oil. You will be able to participate in guided visits to the local artistic and landscape beauties, as well as to laboratories and cooking courses, but also to concerts and performances.
Don't miss out on the walks through castles, Assisi's area and the paths of Subasio Mountain's park, enriched by tastings of the Umbrian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and local products.
