The twelfth edition of Unto (Unesco, Nature, Territory, Oil), an event dedicated to freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil and the valorisation of the territory's excellences, this year within the event Frantoi Aperti, will be held from 26 October to 24 November 2024 in Assisi.
There will be numerous appointments, including guided visits to the Unesco heritage site, tastings with experts in the field, conferences, market exhibitions, trekking and cultural walks, concerts and workshops for children, as well as free visits to the oil mills, where you can experience the thrill of live pressing and taste the new oil on bruschetta.
