On 27 October there will be a free trekking starting from Maltignano di Cascia at 8.00 am with an AIGAE guide.
During the trekking it will be possible to visit a farm and collect saffron.
Halfway through the tour there will be a tasting at the farm, where it will be possible to taste typical Umbrian products and discover the authentic flavours of the region.
Places are limited to 20 people.
