Preparation
In a cup of warm water, dissolve the yeast with which you mix the different types of flour arranged on a pastry board together with oil and salt. Work the dough vigorously, place it in a bowl covered with a cloth and let it rest for about two hours (until doubled in volume). Divide the leavened mass into pieces to give the shape of loaves, which you have to rise again for a good half hour. Then place them in a long and narrow container with low sides (like the dripping pan) lined with baking paper and bake for about 40-50 minutes at 190 °.
