In the heart of Umbria, the unique magic of the Star of Miranda will once again light up Christmas in Terni until 6 January 2025.
This extraordinary light installation, the largest comet star in the world, shines majestically on the Miranda hill, illuminating the sky and bringing unparalleled enchantment to the entire Terni basin.
Since 1983, the Star of Miranda, a beacon of light and hope that illuminates the path of the Christmas festivities, has conquered the hearts of young and old alike, with its 105 metre diameter and 350 metre tail, visible from miles away. 
This year, its lighting on 30 November will kick off the Christmas festivities with a light show that will embrace the entire valley.
