The VI edition of La Guerra del Sale will be held in the streets of the historical centre of Torgiano, on 9 and 10 November 2024. 
Visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Italian Renaissance thanks to an extraordinary historical re-enactment, namely that of the Salt War of 1540, which recalls the long resistance of the citizens during the clash between the coalitions of Perugia and the Papacy.
A re-enactment, with a precious historical procession, consisting of Musicians, Flag-wavers, Jugglers, Falconers, Saltimbanchi, Arts and Craftsmen and the Market, with tastings of typical local food and wine. 
In this edition, the Mint, the Exchange Bench and the Children's Palio will be added, according to the three trials that make up the Palio del Sale.
