From 23 November 2024 to 6 January 2025 it will be possible to visit the exhibition ‘Severino Della Rosa, in sign of Friendship’, dedicated to the recently deceased Amelia painter, in Amelia.
The exhibition will offer the public a selection of works by the artist kept in private collections and now made available to the community to pay homage to his memory. 
There will be several sites in Amelia where the artist's works can be admired:
- Archaeological Civic Museum -Piazza Augusto Vera, no. 10
from 23/11/2024 to 06/01/2025, during the Museum's opening days and hours.
- Palazzo Pagliaricci - Via della Repubblica, n. 54 
23-24/11 - 28-29/12 - 05-06/12/2024 opening hours 10:00 - 13:00 | 15:30 - 17:30
- Gallery ‘Il Granaio’ - Via della Repubblica n. 65 
23-27/11/2024 opening hours 10:00 - 13:00 | 15:30 - 17:30.
The exhibition will present a broad panorama of the artist's work and his distinctive trait, capable of combining the Umbrian pictorial tradition with a personal and original vision, masterfully portraying Umbrian landscapes, faces and urban views of his land, conveying in his works the beauty and spirituality that characterise the Amerino and Umbrian territory.
The painter has received numerous awards, including the ‘Golden Bee’ prize awarded in his memory by the Province of Terni, for having succeeded in bringing out first the territories and faces of Terni in his paintings, then imaginative glimpses of contemporary art, for having never interrupted his creative process of searching for new artistic experiences, for having been able to express his vein as a master of art through details and nuances.
