From 1 December 2024 to 6 January 2025, the magic of the holidays will animate one of Italy's most beautiful villages.
Christmas in Stroncone will take on a different flavour and colour: between the natural history museum, the church of San Nicola and the monastery of San Simeone, there will be numerous events designed for adults and children, to experience the Christmas holidays amidst art, culture, nature and gastronomy.
The event will include two educational workshops, free of charge and open to children aged 5 and up, organised by Archeoares, designed to bring families closer to the Christmas spirit through creativity.
The first event, ‘Let's Decorate the Tree’, on Saturday 7 December at 4 p.m., in the Reading Room in Via dell'Orno, will see participants involved in the creation of unique and original decorations for the Christmas tree. The small gnome-shaped ornaments, symbolising the Christmas spirit, will be made from simple materials. An opportunity to share moments of joy and manual skills, rediscovering the value of tradition in a family setting. 
The second workshop, ‘A sweet container’. scheduled for Saturday 14 December at 4 p.m. in the same location, will be dedicated to the creation of small Christmas containers using recycled materials. Each creation will then be filled with sweet surprises.
