Galleria Nazionale dell’Umbria - Tutti i Colori della Galleria
From Sunday 8 December 2024 to Sunday 11 May 2025, a series of five free events dedicated to families will be offered at the Galleria Nazionale dell'Umbria in Perugia.
It will begin on 8 December with ‘Gold. Precious drawings": the appointment includes a participatory visit to selected works from the exhibition The Golden Age, followed by a creative manipulation workshop.
Sunday 12 January 2025 will see the continuation of ‘Verde Futurista’ (Futurist Green): the event will include a participatory visit to the exhibition Homage to Dottori: Divisionist, Futurist, Aeropittore followed by a collage and creative drawing workshop.
Sunday 9 February will be the turn of ‘Portrait in Black’: there will be a participatory visit to the exhibition In Brief, Robert Doisneau, followed by a creative drawing workshop.
Sunday 9 March ‘Nel mio Blu dipinto di Blu’ (In My Painted Blue): a participatory visit to a selection of works from the National Gallery's collection that are particularly significant for the presence of atmospheric, imaginative skies or crystal-clear, transparent waters. These elements will be the protagonists of observation and creative reworking during the workshop.
Sunday 13 April 2025 ‘Brown. Cardboard forests": an appointment involving a participatory visit to a selection of works featuring earth, rocks, trees, followed by an assembly and collage workshop.
Sunday 11 May 2025 ‘White. Soft as marble": a playful participatory visit to a selection of sculptural works from the National Gallery's collection and a free workshop on manipulation and mixed techniques.
The activities are designed and realised in collaboration with Atlante Servizi Culturali.
Reservations are compulsory by 12 noon on the Saturday prior to the activity at edu.museiumbria@cultura.gov.it
The times followed for the individual appointments will be from 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
