The magic of the Christmas atmosphere is about to come back to animate the historic center of Perugia with events and attractions of all kinds from 24 November 2023 until 7 January 2024: shopping and markets, cribs, exhibitions and workshops for children, concerts and shows, games of light, house and train of Santa Claus and an innovative and spectacular ice rink.
The events will involve the whole center and not only course Vannucci and surrounding areas, offering activities for all ages and tastes. An open project that will allow you to renew much compared to the past in the name of quality. 
In the acropolis will be present from 24 November traditional illuminations with gold and silver color patterns in white flash, the giant tree of 18 meters in Piazza IV Novembre and the absolute novelty of the illuminated comet of 23 meters in length located at the Carducci gardens and also visible from the suburbs
The gardens will be proposed the garden of taste where, thanks to the collaboration with Coldiretti, there will be local products, workshops, demonstrations and much more.
The Christmas markets will always start on November 24 until January 7 along Corso Vannucci and in Piazza della Repubblica, with products of national and international handicrafts, food and wine, decorations, Christmas decorations and toys; during this period, Exactly from 7 to 10 December, will be held the second edition of Sweet Perugia with confectionery and baked products typical of Christmas.
Do not miss the ice rink that moves to an exceptional location, namely Piazza Italia. It will be an absolutely innovative structure with a customized path of 700 square meters.
In Piazza Matteotti there will be various attractions (train, carousel and stand dedicated to the games of the past), and the house of Santa Claus, furnished with materials from Cortina d'Ampezzo.

And more: animation along the streets of the city with street artists, elves, gnomes, fairies and goblins, the Christmas train to discover the most beautiful corners of Perugia and the suggestive concerts on the terraces of the palaces of the historic center.
Rich program of cultural events and libraries (Sandro Penna, San Matteo degli Armeni, Biblionet and Arconi) with moments of music, art and theater, readings, games and workshops.

A calendar that, starting from Palazzo Penna seat of the exhibition on the Perugino, will unfold in various places of the city, with a focus on the hall of the Notaries of Palazzo dei Priori where many concerts will be held: among the many on 20 December Christmas carol with the choir of boys and girls protagonist.
Finally, so much liveliness in the villages with the programs proposed by the associations Borgo Bello, Priori, Vivi il Borgo, Borgo Sant'Antonio-Porta Pesa and Rione di Porta Eburnea. 
Then there are the following cribs, whose street will be located in Corso Bersaglieri and Via dei Priori, the projection of films, from concerts to workshops, from theater (for boys, girls but also for adults) to shows.
Absolute novelty will be the one in progress Bersaglieri where the cribs, by their nature static, will come alive thanks to artificial intelligence.
