Premio Arte Anima Latina 2024
From 25 July to 13 August 2024, it will be possible to take part in the ‘Premio Arte Anima Latina’ exhibition at the Sala Cannoniera of the Rocca Paolina, in Perugia. The exhibition recognises Latin American artists who have distinguished themselves for their stylistic and technical commitment in the categories of Painting, Sculpture, Visual Arts, Photographic Art, Textile Art, Digital Graphics and Virtual Art.
There will be 40 live and 360 virtual works of art on display, corresponding to 90 exhibitors from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Spain, the United States, Uruguay and Venezuela.
The exhibition will be inaugurated in the presence of various contemporary artists, including Liliana Martínez, who will perform a live performance to show her vision of Colombia in Europe, and the Italian-Ecuadorian singer-songwriter Valentina Díaz, who will showcase her artistic talent with original musical pieces.
In addition, 16 winning works from a painting competition organised between the Salentino Group, the Valle del Cauca Culture Secretariat and the Departmental Institute of Fine Arts, with the motif of COP16 (Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity, whose theme will be ‘Paz con la Naturaleza’), will take part in the exhibition.
This will include works by important artists such as Paula Cecilia Ezquivel, Mirta Celi (Argentina), Itamar (Brazil), Verónica Valdivia (Chile), Ana Reynolds and Carmen Aznar (Spain); Liliana Martínez, Maria Aida Borrero, Maria Adelaida Garavito, Maria del Pilar Velasquez, Sonia Rios, Adriana Cabal (Colombia), Andrea Brico (Peru) and Nola Bouza (Uruguay).
The exhibition will be open to the public from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
