Umbria Factory Festival, a multiform container in which to give space and form to art in every declination, from theatre to dance, through music, sound art, video, multimedia creations and digital arts, will be held from 26 to 29 September 2024 in Spoleto and on the dates of 26 September, 3 to 6 October and 11 to 13 October in Foligno
This year's festival places even greater emphasis on artists who choose and experiment unusual and little-explored paths through risky themes and projects that engage in a profound dialogue with the contemporary world, projects that step out of the comfort zone and reject clichés, venturing into shady areas that can often lead to surprising and unexpected results.
It will start on 26 September at 7 p.m. with Instabili vaganti / Confini, an international Beyond Borders project, at the Cantiere Oberdan in Spoleto; on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 September, at the same location, Evan Ray Suzuki / Afterimage; on 28 September at 9.30 p.m., again in Spoleto, it will be Davide Grillo / Come se niente fosse.
Thursday 3 October will see a change of location, moving to the Teatro Subasio in Spello, at 7pm with Impegnoso/Tonelli/ Dialogo sopra i due massimi sistemi del mondo, and at 9pm with Sea Dogs/ Permacrisis.
On Friday 4 October, in Foligno, at 7 p.m. it will be the turn of Dario Pruonto/ Unfiltered Collection of Fragilities, at 9 p.m. of Ilenia Romano_Strings and at 10 p.m. of Synspecies/ASBU in their national premiere.
Saturday 5 October, at the Auditorium San Domenico in Foligno, SPIME IM/Grey line A/V show.
Sunday 6 October at 9 p.m., at Spazio ZUT! in Foligno, Unterwasser/Untold.
Finally, Saturday 12 October at 6 pm, at the Auditorium Santa Caterina in Foligno, Luca Pagan/Multi node shell.
