Day One

On reaching Umbria, the first stop on this itinerary is the small village of Rasiglia, the little Umbrian Venice, the village of waters and streams, alternating with bridges and narrow streets.

Day Two

After breakfast, the family will have a full immersion in the nature of the Valnerina. In the morning, one of the most "active" outdoor experiences, rafting. Routes with varying degrees of difficulty suitable for everyone. The rubber dinghy is manoeuvred by an expert guide who will give instructions on how to perform the descent. Everything necessary for the descent (wetsuit, helmet, paddle, etc.) will be provided, all in complete safety.

In the afternoon, you can choose walking or cycling routes, including a stretch of the Old Spoleto - Norcia Railway from S. Anatolia di Narco to Piedipaterno.

Overnight stay

Third day

After breakfast and before returning to their destination, we suggest a food and wine walk in Norcia, where the family can do some shopping among the truffles, cheeses and norcinerie
