From 25 to 27 October 2024, the ‘Altrocioccolato’ event will be held in Città di Castello: three days of great festivities with the world of cocoa and fair-trade chocolate at the centre, embracing the broader themes of sustainability and protection of food and the Earth.
Using only cocoa from certified fair trade chains, the event will combine the profound themes of inequality and denouncing injustice with those of being together and partying ‘while remaining human’.
This year's slogan will be ‘Bread, Peace and Chocolate’, which for Altrocioccolato means food and water for all, no to war without ‘if’ and without ‘but’, and attention to sociality, the good kind, made up of hugs, smiles and kindness.
Everything will be summed up in three days full of music, street art, fair trade, sustainable economy, cooperation and ethical finance.
