On the strength of the community's cooperation and spirit of unity renewed over the past year, Piediluco is ready for Christmas, with an extensive programme of events until 14 January 2025, crowned by the Nativity scene on the lake, the only one of its kind in Umbria.
The proposed activities will be as follows
on 15, 22 December and 5 January, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., the recycling market ‘Banchetto delle pulci’ will be set up in Piazza Bonanni;
on 15 December, it will also be possible to take part in an excursion with a visit to the Greccio Sanctuary and crib exhibition.
on 21 December, at 6pm, the film ‘La Stella di Greccio’ will be shown in the parish hall
on 22 December, the Piediluco MTB E-bike rally will be organised, at the Marmore Falls;
on 27 December, fun will be had at 16:30 with the traditional Tombolata, at the parish hall;
on 19 December, at 14:00, it will be the turn of the guided tour along the alleys of the village ‘Passeggiando per Piediluco’.
Finally, on 6 January 2025, at 3 pm, ‘Viva Viva La Befana’.
