The Spirit of Christmas in a Bottle of Beer - The Spirit of Christmas in a Bottle of Beer
A TE E FAMIGLIA! (Christmas Belgian Strong Ale)
A beer inspired by the tradition of Belgian Christmas beers, with an alcohol content of 9.5%. The mixed fermentation creates a balanced bouquet of spices and fruit with a small addition of cold hops. A compromise between Saison and Tripel.
Rudolph (Christmas Ale)
The beer is a Belgian Strong Ale with a sweet taste, amber color, and dense hazelnut foam. It has an alcohol content of 7%. The festive character is found in the scent of cinnamon and the notes of hazelnut and biscuit – typical of caramel malts – mealy, as the English say. Perfect at the end of the meal, says the brewer, or paired with Christmas sweets made with dried fruits and candied fruits.
Noël (Amber Ale)
Noël is a raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized beer with high fermentation. The alcohol content is 7.5%. To the classic ingredients – barley and wheat malt, yeast, hops – are added cinnamon sugar, sweet orange peel, cinnamon, cardamom, and black pepper to enhance the festive character. A fundamental ingredient is the mineral water from Gualdo Tadino, known for its fresh springs, including Rocchetta, Capodacqua, and Santo Marzio – a “toasting beer”!
Sannicolas
A double malt Brown Ale with an alcohol content of 7%. Its notes of honey, caramel, and dried fruits result from the processing of roasted and caramelized malts and the addition of honey and chestnuts during cooking. Excellent to drink during classic festive moments in company, especially when accompanied by roasted chestnuts, dried fruits, and grilled meats, which enhance its flavor.
Santa Ila (Scotch Ale)
A Scotch Ale with an alcohol content of 8%, matured in barrels of peaty Scottish whiskey. It has a special ingredient, the fragrant Palo Santo, the wood of the “sacred” tree that blooms during the Christmas season.
Its production gives it its characteristic mahogany color, malty structure, woody scents with peaty, balsamic, and spicy notes.
Barley Wine (Ale)
The “barley wine” is a winter beer with an alcohol content of 10%. It matures for about a year in barrels, the same ones used for aging Torgiano Riserva Vigna Monticchio Lungarotti; it is then refermented in the bottle and aged in the cellar.
Noel (Belgian Golden Ale)
The Belgian Golden Ale, with an alcohol content of 7%, has a natural haze due to being unfiltered, unpasteurized, and bottle-conditioned. Its special ingredient is wild chamomile, added to the essential ingredients such as Nocera Umbra water, hops, yeast, and barley malt.
