‘EaT Spoleto-Enogastronomy at the Theatre’, food and wine on stage from Thursday 21 to Sunday 24 November 2024, at the oldest Italian-style theatre in the city of Spoleto, the Caio Melisso, and the little Teatrino delle 6.
A four-day festival of performances, music and tastings dedicated to food and wine.
The event was born in 2022 out of the desire to propose a new format that could link food and entertainment, wine and theatre and actively involve the public: thus, audience and actors sit at the same table, food and music are also performed on the same stage.
In this context, independent, innovative productions are hosted, capable of involving and surprising the audience, which becomes an active part of the performances. 
There is no longer any distance between stalls and stage, between actors and spectators, the theatre space is shared entirely, in a unique key of experiential conviviality.
The shows on the programme become a flywheel for the promotion of local products, the city of the Festival reinforces its image as a place of culture, capable of promoting food and wine in a unique and true to itself key.
