The widespread exhibition ‘Architect Giovanni Montiroli (1817-1888) between Spoleto, Rome, Alnwick and back. Protagonists, witnesses and testimonies of a century of profession' will be open until 15 January 2025 at the Spoleto State Archive Section and Palazzo Mauri, in Spoleto.
It will be an exhibition of drawings, projects and documents that tell the salient stages of the artistic and intellectual vicissitudes of Giovanni Montiroli, the architect from Spoleto to whom we owe the renovation of the interiors of the English castle of Alnwick (made iconic by the Harry Potter film saga) and the restoration of the Caio Melisso Theatre.
