The XXV edition of ‘I Primi d'Italia’, the first and only National Festival of First Dishes, will be held from 26 to 29 September 2024, in the historic centre of Foligno.
The protagonists of Italy's most appetising culinary marathon will be pasta, rice, soups, gnocchi, polenta, as well as the agri-food products indispensable for the creation of tasty first courses.
The activities on offer over the four days will be numerous and will range from continuous tastings in the Taste Villages, to Cooking Show & Entertainment, with free daily entertainment in the name of taste and fun, passing through cooking courses, demonstrations by starred chefs and the exhibition and sale of the best quality artisan pasta in the Pasta Boutique.
Another important novelty will be represented by Primi d'Italia Junior, a ‘baby-sized’ space where the youngest will be able to take part in fun and entertainment activities to learn, between play and education, useful information for developing healthy eating habits.
