This 151 km route, suitable for road, gravel and e-bikes, winds around Lake Trasimeno, starting and finishing in Tuoro sul Trasimeno.

Along the way, you will have the opportunity to get to know and admire the beauty of the medieval villages and green hills surrounding the Trasimeno area, offering breathtaking views: passing through Lisciano Niccone, a small village along the valley of the Niccone torrent, and descending from the hills to the lake, arriving at Passignano sul Trasimeno, a fortified village, enclosed within the medieval walls of which the access gates and towers survive. We take the bike again to reach Magione and admire the Castle of the Knights, one of the most beautiful in Umbria, and then descend to Panicale, a medieval village with its squares and 15th-century fountain, and then on to Piegaro where we visit the glass museum located in an old glass factory.

The route continues to Città della Pieve, a town with a typically medieval historic centre on which architectural elements of Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo and Neoclassical styles have been grafted, highlighting the town's artistic vitality. From here, we leave for the historic village of Paciano, enclosed by 14th-century walls, before reaching Castione del Lago where, among other things, we visit the Ducal Palace built by Ascanio della Corgna in 1560. Finally, return to Tuoro sul Trasimeno where you can admire Palazzo della Capra in the historic centre, or enjoy a well-deserved rest by the lake.
