This proposal is particularly easy both in terms of distance and altimetry. It is especially interesting for the scenic beauties along the way, such as the Velino River, Lake Piediluco and the Marmore Falls, Marmore, among the highest in Europe with a total drop of 165 metres, over three levels.
In short, an easy and pleasant route immersed in the green Umbrian nature, suitable for both beginners and experts who want to enjoy a peaceful ride.
The route starts at Campacci Park, in the village of Marmore, just near the lookout over the Falls. From here you take a left and in just over five kilometres you reach Piediluco.
The ride continues largely on low-traffic, flat roads, offering splendid views of both the lake and Mount Terminillo, before returning to the starting point after 20 kilometres. It can be ridden on any type of bike.
